Big room and gratblocation

Shower faucet washed my stuff to the floor from the platform which for place personal belongings when I turned it on . And my cosmetic bottle broke. Hotel should remind customers not let shower faucet face the platform.

Great location downtown. Easy walk to shops and parks. Hotel is exceptional! The pool and spa areas are fantastic, lush tropical gardens. Restaurants are exceptional

Well located. Excellent breakfast. People at Check-in were exceptional. Good value option downtown.

Convenient location and staff helped in finding places of interest

We love the Pan Pacific Singapore. Upon arrival and throughout our stay we enjoyed exceptional and friendly service. We returned to this hotel having enjoyed our stay here a year ago. Our stay this trip was even more amazing given the opportunity to upgrade to a Pacific room, which includes a higher floor, sweeping view, food privileges and hotel services.

We spent one night at this big, busy, centrally located hotel. Room was stylish and comfortable, but the glass wall on the bathroom was a little odd. We easily stored our bags (with many others) on the day we left. We decided against the pricey hotel breakfast, but found the neighborhood choices early in the morning were limited.

An outstanding hotel. Looks amazing from the street, and the views are just as amazing inside. Would stay there again without hesitation.
