Excellent stay, central location, great breakfast options, very clean and hygeinic, rooms very comfortable and good size, everyone from doorman to concierge to the room keeping was smiling and happy to help and very professional, big shout out to the breakfast staff, overall can't fault anything and a massive well done to the whole team for providing such amazing service and enriching our experience

I recently stayed at Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay. Overall, the hotel itself is fine, but in my opinion, the price does not match the level of service provided. On the first morning, breakfast was calm and pleasant — just as it should be in a 5-star hotel. However, the following days were a complete disaster. A very large group, about 200 people all wearing matching T-shirts, flooded the restaurant. They were extremely loud, running around and creating total chaos. I literally had to wait over 10 minutes just to pour myself a cup of coffee! This situation continued for two consecutive mornings. I paid over $400 per night and expected a peaceful and refined atmosphere. The hotel management should have arranged a separate breakfast area for such a large and noisy group. I understand the desire to increase business revenue, but the general manager should also consider the comfort of all guests. In addition, as a Pacific Club member, I requested a room on the 19th floor but was placed on the 15th instead. It wasn’t a big issue until I noticed that several members of that same noisy group were actually staying on the 18th and 19th floors. Overall, this experience left me disappointed, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed the location and convenience of this hotel, nect to a mall and the MRT. The hotel itself was clean and tidy. Breakfast was included and there was a fantastic variety to choose from and tasted great. We were in the heritage side of the hotel, which was a bit dated but we did love the space the room provided.
