We reported a beeping coming from the ice or vending machine. We had to listen to it all night as no one came to investigate or fix it. Our room was not very clean. There was hair around the sink and on the floor in the bathroom.

In the past I have enjoyed the RIO, this will be my last stay. No where to eat, room was borderline nasty, however we will give the bed a “10”! Right before the event we were attending, the NFR, the Rio fired 1/2 their staff.. ugh
