Always enjoy my stays here - breakfast can be a bit overcrowded so need to select an early time - variety is consistently good and staff are always so very helpful
( Suggestion : please place instructions on hot water pump in chinese for your oriental guests who struggle and maybe have 2 chefs on egg station at busy times? )
Location is excellent for getting around Singapore via bus MRT or underground passage ways .

We love the Pan Pacific Singapore. Upon arrival and throughout our stay we enjoyed exceptional and friendly service. We returned to this hotel having enjoyed our stay here a year ago. Our stay this trip was even more amazing given the opportunity to upgrade to a Pacific room, which includes a higher floor, sweeping view, food privileges and hotel services.

We spent one night at this big, busy, centrally located hotel. Room was stylish and comfortable, but the glass wall on the bathroom was a little odd. We easily stored our bags (with many others) on the day we left. We decided against the pricey hotel breakfast, but found the neighborhood choices early in the morning were limited.
