It didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel,I’d say maybe a 3 star
I didn’t see any luxury it’s a regular hotel,spacious rooms but feels old and needs renovating
Bed is hard I missed my bed,bedding comforters very basic like a motel
The common areas are nice ,the pools too entertainment is amazing the workers r welcoming and warm. but they need to work on the rooms the walls feels like they infiltrated with humidity the paint is fading,I had to ask for toothpaste and a toothbrush upon arrival
The food is good,entertainment is excellent but u need to pay extra for certain activities I feel should b included as a 5 star, transportation u hav to pay for it too,in a 5 star hotel it’s unheard of

El lugar me encantó . El servicio excelente. El mayordomo un trato excepcional . Lo único que deben mejorar es el servicio en el bufet principal los camareros no fueron atentos. Demoraron en dar la bebida y a veces no la daban . La verdad no habían tantas personas como para la demora de los camareros en el bufet principal. El servicio de animación y mayordomo 10/10
