Caribbean Islands Luxury Holidays

Everything is amazing in this resort, it’s like paradise, the only only negative thing is about Japanese restaurant which was horrible, but the other restaurants all were amazing, the staff were super super nice, we enjoyed so much and we’ll back here again

This was an excellent stay. The food options were fantastic and they made fresh food at a few of the stations. There was lots of variety and everything was super clean. We upgraded to the Elegance Club and it was absolutely worth it. Our butler made the stay absolutely fantastic and the service was incredible. The one thing to note is that it seemed like the scheduled activities did not follow the timetable the resort set out, it was rather impromptu. Otherwise, the pools were incredibly clean, and the beaches were well maintained with lots of seating. I would absolutely recommend for a more luxurious type of resort.

Raphy and Angela they did great job making our stay one of a kind. Celebrating our 5 year anniversary they made sure we had everything. Bottle of champagne deliveried to the room. Making sure we were signed up to all the events and having reservations for dinner, Raphy was on top of it. When it came to entertainment Mr. Fish and Coffee were on top of everything, never a dull moment with them. This resort gives more of a chill zen vibe, with yoga everything morning. If you want to party they do have a night club great vibes and music. A huge pool with a swim up bar and a golf cart to the beach where there’s a restaurant and bar. Ricky is very attentive making sure we got the most of our experience. Seriously with out all of the staff our experience wouldn’t been what it was. Don’t forget to go to funrepublic also a golf cart ride! Room was great clean and big.

We had a fabulous stay at the Excellence Carmen. Our room (private pool) in the Excellence Club was great. Our particular room had a bit of a walk to main areas and beach but it was peaceful and had a beautiful pond with wildlife. We absolutely loved the staff - Hector, Hendri, and Carlos with the Entertainment group. Along with Epi at the Excellence Club bar. Our bartender at the Bliss bar was also wonderful! Thanks for making our stay memorable. Advice for others - pack bug spray!
