I recently stayed at Bahia Principe Escape, and I have to say the experience was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The Guest Experience Manager, Shane Haslam, truly stands out. He knows exactly how to make guests feel valued and satisfied. He is always smiling, consistently checks in to see how you’re doing, and no matter the question, he always has a solution. That kind of leadership really shows—his team works well together, and the respect among them is clear. From Daveen at check-in, to Devon Davidson who escorted us, and Shane personally attending to our needs, the service was exceptional across the board. The bar service, overall hospitality, and attention to detail made the entire stay phenomenal. I highly recommend giving them the opportunity—go experience it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

This place is a DREAM! Your blood pressure drops the moment you step on the grounds. The staff is incredible-best service I've ever had! The beach is lovely, the decor outstanding, the food delicious and beautifully served. I hope to go back there again next year!

Fantastic resort. Villa 10 always felt like coming home and the people were wonderful. Daniel and the wonderful people who looked after us made the stay all the better. Couldn’t recommend Round Hill enough.

The Majestic Mirage Resort was absolutely Phenomenal!!! From the moment we pulled up until the moment We departed, my Fiancé and I were completely satisfied and treated like family!!! Edith Veronica out Butler for the stay is not only as Professional and efficient at customer service as you can be, She was also so very warm and welcoming!!! We felt like family and we felt like we were home! Our accommodations and any needs we had arise were easily handled by Edith. The Resort was so very impressive and BEAUTIFUL!!! The Pools, the scenery, the Restaurants, The Beach, The Gym, The Shops, The Shows, The amazing Persons all involved exceeded every expectation We had coming into The Majestic! We will definitely be visiting again and again! We are actually thinking of having Our Wedding Ceremony at The Majestic Mirage as I proposed to my now Fiancé, right on the beach under the Stars and Moon light Our first night on the Resort!!! Edith had a celebration banner put on our door and made sure to check with us daily on how our experience was going! This trip was a Blessing and Our new Family at The Majestic Mirage was at the Center of it all with us! The Foam party was soooooo Fun! We danced more than we have in years! Thank you Majestic! Newly constructed, clean and quiet relaxing place. Exceptional concierge service just ask for Ricky. Great food and premium drinks. Shuttle to the beach. The restaurant and bar on the beach is amazing.

Beautiful property, the food was incredibly delicious and great quality. The staff were all un amor!! So caring, friendly and ready to assist! The rooms were a little worn but still very clean and well maintained. The gym equipment can use an update.
