The room was nice. The location was good. Unfortunately, the room was propped open when we arrived and then someone from staff let themselves in without knocking. The room service menu was not what it showed online. The shampoo ran out but even after requesting more, no one refilled it. The mirror was broken. Asked for replacement and no one did anything. Just not up to the standard expected for this type of hotel and cost.

Front desk was not helpful and had attitude to explain things .
I paid my trip in package air and Hotel thru Expedia . When I arrived there they added additional $100 for resort fee which was not disclosed .
They provided free ticket to visit a facility those were sold out when we called them
