The staff is great and location right on Bourbon Street prefect.
Had a hiccup as they put us in the computer in a different room and had people walking on us then security had us recheck in.

We stay here often, was a little disappointed in that we had multiple rooms and everyone said that the rooms were warm even though we set the temperature low, and there was only one elevator working which took forever to get up and down!!!
