The people at the desk were very helpful and pleasent. The valet was amazing. We had trouble with unclean sheets. Everything else, location, air conditioner and room was great.

The only thing preventing a 5-star review is that towels were removed from my room, and also from a friend’s room in a totally different floor. We arrived tired from the day and couldn’t take a shower for almost an hour and after 5 calls to the front desk. Other than that l, everything was great. Breakfast, amenities, response to requests… will definitely stay there again if I return to Panama!

The only thing preventing a 5-star review is that towels were removed from my room, and also from a friend’s room in a totally different floor. We arrived tired from the day and couldn’t take a shower for almost an hour and after 5 calls to the front desk. Other than that l, everything was great.
