Bali Kid friendly Holidays

My stay at Kuta Paradiso was complicated. When I landed at DPS my cell service was nonexistent and I couldn’t get my phone to work, so I had my friend book a hotel for me. Since I was unable to call a Grab, she prioritized finding a place with airport transfer. Unfortunately, the airport shuttle had to be arranged in advance, so I was unable to get the service. She ended up booking another hotel and tried to cancel the stay at Kuta Paradiso but was not allowed to. They offered to let us change the dates but I decided to stay at the hotel, because I knew I was unlikely to get a refund for it.  Unfortunately, I do wish I could’ve cancelled because my experience was less than ideal. The breakfast was fine, the staff was kind, the outer facilities were ok, but the room I had smelled very dank and moldy. Almost like sewage. I called to ask about it and if I could be changed but they informed me that all the rooms would smell that way. I don’t know if that was true, but the solution that they came up with was to spray air freshener that didn’t really help. That really was uncomfortable and I found it to be very frustrating. I’m not certain if I was given the room because I attempted to cancel, but either way, I didn’t enjoy my time.

Absolutely beautiful resort ♥️

I like the property. Pool is amazing BUT if you want to relax this is not the place. Teenagers playing polo at the kids pool, throwing the ball everywhere and the staff didn’t say anything. They did hit me three times with the ball and I didn’t say anything because I don’t like drama and I moved far from them. I understand that they are kids but they need to respect the others so, if you want to spend relax time in a resort in this incredible paradise that is Bali this is NOT the place

Loved our stay at Padma. This resort caters for everyone. Our room was perfect and very comfortable. Service was 5 star from the groundsman to the front desk. Will definitely be going back.
