Excellent place to stay

Travelling with small children, it meant we did not have to leave the hotel as all facilities, different pools, playroom etc were fantastic to keep everyone, adults included, happy. Great food, great staff, good choice of food options. Also, great restaurants within walking distance for a night out. Loved this resort.

We absolutely loved everything about the Conrad Bali! I went with 3 of my friends (all women) and we had the best 6 days ever! Rooms were spacious with bath and shower in bathrooms. The grounds were just impeccable and so incredibly well maintained. The beach in front of the hotel is not great but the pool is so amazing we didn't need the beach! What a stunning pool with areas for children/families and other areas for adults. The food was excellent and the staff bent over backwards to ensure our stay was unforgettable.... which it was! We will be back! Could not fault it.

Westin’s breakfast has great variety and really good taste. I will definitely consider this hotel again for its location and the quality of the breakfast buffet.

The staff were very hospitable and services were clean and easy to use. Staff communicated through WhatsApp- very effective and timely responses. Flight was almost cancelled and services were automatically put it place to have us stay another night if we needed. Overall lovely stay. Breakfast buffet had many options - would recommended eating out for lunch and dinner at the places nearby - just a 5 minute walk to food or short Gojek ride.
