My family and i enjoyed our first visit to Hard Rock. We are coming back :))

La instalaciones estan bastantes buenas para la antiguedad del hotel. Deben enfocar mas el servicio (personalizado), la comida mucha no sabe fresca, no hubo aire acondicionado en dos ocaciones y el agua fria se nos fue estando en el jacuzzi. Pero mi familia y yo valoramos mas el tiempo que pasamos juntos que eso detalles. Por eso lo valore en 4 estrellas...Gracias y por supuesto que los volveriamos a visitar...

The property is beautiful and very clean. We went for my friend’s wedding and the food and everything was spectacular. I will be coming back soon with my family, thank you for having us.

My family of four had an amazing stay at Moon Palace Jamaica! The resort is perfect for families especially for kids under 15. With so many dining options, there was something for everyone every day. The FlowRider, water slide and splash zone for the babies and toddlers kept the kids entertained everyday. I was able to enjoy service at the spa and it was absolutely amazing, will have to come back just for the spa. What stood out most was the great service especially as an Expedia member—every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel special. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return!

The staff were wonderful and the nighttime entertainment was excellent. However, the stay overall was disappointing. My room was very noisy due to adjoining guests, street traffic, a loud AC unit, and daytime entertainment by the waterpark. Essentials like an ironing board were missing, and the bathroom felt very dated. Buffet dining was underwhelming, with the exception of the Jamaican cuisine night. Most concerning was a serious security breach with my room that required investigation.
