We love all of the Solaris properties!! They are always clean and the food is amazing. The staff is top notch!

Family of 4 here with two children ages 4 & 8 , we had a blast! The property its self was well maintained and very clean . Rooms were spacious as well . Kids loved being at the pools and liked the bridge with waterfall like features. Food was surprisingly very good at this resort! We’ve stayed at other all inclusives on hotel zone and food doesn’t compare to Villa del palmar. Highly recommend and can’t wait to be back soon !

Beautiful property, very clean with stunning views specially the infinity pool. staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was surprisingly delicious.

The only restaurant that has good food was the Chinese restaurant and the waiter Gerardo is amazing he is the best, also Francisco the butler he’s really helpful and has great customer service. The pool attendant Marco doesn’t like to help the non-member guests. He is rude and only pay attention to the members so he can receive tips from them, he didn’t let me get any chair and didn’t want to open the umbrella he even gave popsicles to the other guest and even bother to ask the non-member guests. The waiter that works on the pool area are the one who help the guest with the chairs and umbrella because he doesn’t do it, and this happened where the non-member area are allowed to get a chair by the way. For people like him I will never comeback to this hotel and I will never recommend this hotel to anybody. Also this is supposed to be all inclusive and is not, you need to pay extra if you want a decent meal, and you need to sign a bill and give tips every time you ask for even water is ridiculous.

I have said at a few different RIU's in Cabo and Cancun. I hate to say this was not one of the better ones. Very old, the rooms were old. The elevator was terrible. Always waiting sometimes over 10 minute wait Took the stairs one tiime along with several other quest. Location going down the beach was rocky had no place to sit near the water. The ocean was after all the huge rocks. Other resorts down the beach were beautiful and clean. The Riu in Cabo was so much better.
