Excellent location, clean, well laid out unit with kitchen. However there was not enough heat. We froze the first night and no heat in bathroom towel rack to warm that room. we were told they were disconnected as they were a fire hazard with no date for repair. Hotel staff advised that they hadn't gotten around to posting notices about the lack of heat

The room was indeed spotless and the lovely staff were polite, courteous and efficient

Room was really clean staffs are really helpful and nice especially when our room wasn’t heated up so they move us to another room. Only thing is that the hotel bar was not seem to open more often so we have to go to the sister hotel and used their otherwise it will quiet convenient to used it.

Excellent location on the Royal Mile. Room is spacious, clean & quiet. Bed is comfortable, and room has good amenities. Have stayed before and will stay again.

Room was a good size with a great shower. Mini fridge and complimentary water was amazing. Pool was very pleasant and staff were nice and friendly. Location was absolutely incredible and couldnt be any better.
