Our recent stay at this resort was absolutely beautiful, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to our incredible butler, Noris. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure every single need was taken care of with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. She was always so responsive, accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive, and she truly made us feel special throughout our entire vacation. Noris made our experience unforgettable, and honestly, the only way we would return to this resort is if she is there. She is truly one of a kind and deserves all the recognition for the amazing work she does. The restaurants were also fantastic, and the food was absolutely amazing every single day. Overall, this was such a memorable and relaxing vacation, and we are so grateful for the hospitality we received. Thank you again, Noris, for making our trip so beautiful and special!

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to provide some constructive feedback. Issues: The cleaning in my room was inadequate, and the bathroom wall appeared to be falling apart. There was a musty smell in the room, which was quite unpleasant and required me to wash my clothes three times to eliminate the odor. Positives: The staff was wonderful and helpful. The food was amazing. The area around the hotel is fantastic. I hope this feedback helps improve the stay for future guests.

The property is massive and beautiful. We loved everything about the property. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Our butler, Juan was amazing and made sure he took great care of us. We loved that although it was a calming zen like property, there was enough entertainment to not be bored. The food was ok. The best restaurant on the property was the Argentinian restaurant, La Paisana. Unfortunately the Japanese restaurant made us a little sick. But that doesn’t take away from our wonderful experience. I would definitely return with my family and recommend this place to others.

Everything was wonderful

Everything about this property was just perfect the staff the rooms the entire place food was delicious 20 out of 10

This hotel was amazing for the kids. I went with my 9 year old and 5 year old and they hada blast. The pool is huge and great for kids. They had all this type of Activities for kids in the pool, le this little nini botas that the can ride and push the handles to go back and forward. The show of nights were amazing. We saw a superheroes show and a piratería show that was super cool, kids love it. Recomiendes for days with you kids. Ahhh and the beach is the most beautiful ever.
