So this review is more reflective of the resort, if you’re seeing the reviews and think renovation will be complete by the time your trip arrives possible think again. The casino was closed, the spa was closed, and it was very limited things to actually do on the resort.

El hotel es precioso, muchas actividades para hacer. Las piscinas son geniales, la comida es de primera. Sin embargo debo contar algo que dañó nuestra experiencia.
Las 2 primeras noches que estuvimos se activó una alarma insoportable que duró más de 1 hora (entre la media noche y la 1:30 de la madrugada). Cuando llamamos a pedir que hagan algo nos trataron pésimo. La atención del staff es muy variada, hay gente muy amable y gente que te atiende mal.
