The staff was friendly. We didn't get all the perks that the package deal stated. We had. In suite dinning the 1st night and the meal not pleasant, mention it and the staff stated we needed to talk to the manager. As we had a tight schedule we couldn't get connected with the manager when we tried.

We stayed in the Augustus tower and it was easy access to everything w/o having to make a long trek. It was quiet, and we didn’t hear doors shutting or people in the hallways. Just a note of caution we did not notice the option on the pay pad where we inadvertently opted out of room cleaning. Even when we pointed our mistake out when calling for towels and a cleaning, they did not oblige. After 3 nights our trash bins were full.
