My Wife and I stayed at the Acron for twelve nights in Jan 25 - we received first class service from the moment we arrived - Latifah and her team were on hand to answer all our enquiries - Housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient - we ate at the restaurant many times and the food was delicious - big shout out to Rouland and Mukesh who were humorous and engaging whilst maintaining a professional service - further shout out to Rajesh who looked after us at the pool - we are delighted to fully recommend this resort and indeed we eagerly await our return trip(s) - thank you - Mike and Amanda from UK

The staff especially Ecchita, Akash and the managers Sambhavi and Prachi were very helpful and accommodating. They dealt with all sorts of issues. Look forward to coming back to Novotel Spa and Resort in the near future.
