Basic hotel in a very central and convenient location. Room was good size and clean, I already knew this before booking, but just for all travelers' information, this hotel is in Kabukicho which is in the middle of a ton of love hotels.

Out dated. Unsure how this hotel qualified for Forbes 2026. The best thing is the lobby…. Rooms are out dated. Shower heads are old. Bath rooms are old. Not worth the price. Breakfast was trash and mainly American food.

The rooms were spacious! The breakfast was incredibly delicious. Everything was nicely organized and accessible. The subway was within walking distance and amazing restaurants around the building.

Very nice hotel with well-laid-out rooms. The minor inconvenience is that the lobby is on the 18th floor, and the breakfast restaurant is on the ground floor. Otherwise, charming and interesting.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the hotel provided everything needed for a comfortable visit. The main drawback was the room size. Even for Tokyo, the rooms felt quite small, which may be challenging for guests with larger luggage or those staying for an extended period. The staff were polite and friendly. While some requests were handled more effectively than others, they were always courteous and made an effort to assist. Breakfast was good, although I would describe it as slightly above average rather than exceptional. There was a decent variety of options, and it was a convenient way to start the day. The hotel is not located in the heart of the city, but transportation is very convenient. Several metro (Iidabashi) and train (JR) stations are within a short walking distance, making it easy to reach Tokyo's major attractions. While the hotel did not particularly stand out compared with some other places I have stayed, it offered good value, a comfortable experience, and reliable access to public transportation.
