Amazing all around.

Hotel El Ganzo is one of those rare places that feels truly alive — the energy, art, and design all reflect the vibrant local culture. The staff are exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely make you feel valued and at home. Loved every minute here and can’t wait to come back.

Clean room, staff are friendly and attend to your accommodations. The beach is nice but can't swim due to the big waves. The food was mediocre and it took over 30 minutes to receive some food at dinner time. One main dish didn't show up waited 45 min so we left due to waiting for so long.

The property was very well maintained attention to detail as top notch. Staff was very friendly and attentive. no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel is right on the beach, which is beautiful. The stuff is very nice. It’s a very relaxing place.

All the dining staff were friendly. Oscar and Jose were a couple of our favorites. Fresh fruit daily was my favorite, but we enjoyed the variety available. The room sofa needs to be replaced - felt like it was broken, otherwise the room was comfortable and clean, thanks to Estelle, one of our housekeepers
