Love the opulent design of the place. Cosy & pleasantly surprised with an upgrade when we arrived to check-in. The place feels luxurious without being over the top. Pricing is fabulous.

Best hotel of the 3 hotels I've stayed in Singapore

Though the room was small, it was very clean and well planned. We didn't miss anything, it was quiet, relaxed, nice tea/ coffee maker, great shower - all you need. Perfect location to either walk to all msin site or 1 min to tube station. Great pool for morning swim - perfect for me / us. Very helpful with late - free !!!- check out and looking after our bags. Would definitely come back again !

Clean room, helpful staff,comfortable beds and pillows

The room needs to adjust the plumbing. Granted I may not understand how it works it a new country, but because all the drains were connected with no pre trap, the stagnant water from the drains would overtake the bathroom. The bedroom itself as well had a musty smell from the AC. The fridge also was dirty and didn’t quite work. The cabinet wouldn’t open all the way because the door had swollen causing it to scrap along the floor. The staff were really nice. Trying to accommodate a busy lobby area. On one day, a group of 100+ were all checking out and had their luggage blocking the elevators. The staff on hand try there best to accommodate it even telling the group to move out of the way so we can simply get to the elevator.

The room was spotless, spacious and had a wonderful Singapore skyline and water view. The staff were all courteous, friendly and helpful. Everything was great!

The room was a little small but ok good location with so many restaurants to choose from

Everything was good. Good pricing and location. Would recommend and come back to the same hotel for next stay. However TV did not work and room was a little small. Overall good experience!

We’re happy we found this place. It was a good value and was close to many restaurants and shops and the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again.
