Very nice amenities and the food was excellent!

Nice calm place st stay

I love RIU, everything was great!

The property was spacious and clean. The rooms were comfortable and we had room service 3 of the 4 days that we stayed. The property was also well kept though it was very large and spacious and so it suited the privacy we needed as a couple, yet buzzing. The villas were beautifully designed and organized and offered personal space. The staff was willing and helpful for the most part. The food was fairly good, especially the Mo-Bay buffet lunch and dinner. There were plenty to go around and we could always get something to eat anytime. We love it that we didnt have to rush so much for all the meals as we were given a reasonably good enough time to get the standard meals. There were so many restaurants available to choose from. We visited the Japanese restuarant which was way too noisy, other patrons and the chef were constantly knocking on items and shouting throughout our time. While the technology was available to disseminate information, we struggled somewhat to access and understand the offerings. We thought the systems in place could be a little more user friendly. We were even told that booking the restuarant using the app, we may have our booking cancelled so we had to do so at the front desk which was really a quick and simple exercise. But we truly struggled though with getting information that I thought we would get at onset Entertainment was almost non-existent in all areas. Much work is needed here to make the stay beautiful. Pool time was lovely.
