Friendly staff and prime location!

The rooms are really nice, they actually change the sheets when they clean your room daily, the concierge staff were very helpful and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast wasn’t bad. Overall everything was completely awesome I had a great stay.

Great location, staff was wonderful. No complaints, I will definitely stay here again.

Spotless and staff were courteous and responsive

We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Pattaya, Bay Tower. Right from the start of checking in, the service was incredible with the staff being so friendly and helpful at the front desk. Our room was beautiful. It had Pattaya beach views, an incredible balcony to sit in the evenings and watch the sun go down. The room itself was beautifully decorated, it was a very good size, and the bathroom was lovely, big and had a fantastic sized shower. They provided six bottles of water, four in the main room and two in the bathroom. There was a decent sized bar fridge in the room itself which was very handy. If you needed the bed to be softer, they'll put on a mattress topper. The resort facilities were fantastic. There were separate pools for kiddies and adults. The adults pool had an infinity edge and looked over the beach and was beautiful. The kiddies pool was perfect for families with children, it was large and had a water slide as well as other water features. The hotel foyer was an oasis, it had large comfy chairs and lounges, as well as lots of power points for those who needed to charge up items. The breakfast buffet in the morning was amazing. The range of choice for items, was incredible and there was something for everybody. The staff at the hotel were so helpful and friendly. We loved our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend.

Stayed here before and loved the place. Great location, great staff, lovely room, nice breakfast. A very quiet and chilled hotel. Amazing views.
