The room, bedding and my clothing after 24 hours was very damp and I had mildew growing on my clothing in the wardrobe. The pools were nice but disappointed that the larger pool was closed for 2days while the surrounding area was being cleaned and the pool bar wasn't open. The Breakfast was adequate but had little choice if you don't like cooked stews/vegetables for breakfast.

Very pleasant stay with outstanding customer service - the best that I have ever experienced anywhere in the world by far. Room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, facilities in the resort were excellent and well maintained. Overall a wonderful holiday experience at the Burasari in Phuket.

I stayed here during my birthday week and hadn’t made any special arrangements, yet one of the staff surprised me with a birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched my heart and made my whole day unforgettable. Thank you for making my stay feel so special.

View from ocean rooms were amazing. Resort is on a cliff so be prepared for all the steps to room, restaurants, pools and bars. Everyone was friendly. Check-in took quite awhile and was confusing. Yoga class wasn’t great - person had no idea and was making it up as he went. Recommend paying for the class versus the one offered complimentary.

The food was delicious and staff were helped. The staff at En Vogue were always smiling especially “cartoon”. Thanks to team to creating wonderful memories for us.

Amazing resort with the most spectacular views as soon as you walk into the beach from the resort.

Check in was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool looked nice but didn’t use. Gym was small and had very limited dumbbells. Paper note on wall said AC available but didn’t try turning it on. Hallways do not have aircon. Our room AC was not effective at night even with it maxed out. The room was “only ok” for the price and we only stayed 1 night. I would not book here again because of the AC and our neighbours were so loud and kept opening closing their room doors. Terrible sound proofing. It was not a restful night for us.
