Amazing location and very humble staff !

this is a beautiful property bang on the beach . i had booked a garden facing room which for for first two days i was upgraded to a sought of beach front villa .rooms are spacious . toilet is cramped but bathroom is huge . this resort is where you get to be one with nature with nakalkay reef lot of activities in and around resort there is a daily shuttle to patong and kamala beach foc cons- breakfast menu is bit westernized with very sad indian options this because i could see lots of indian tourists also for coming out of resort you have to book a taxi or a two wheeler which pinches your pocket otherwise no doubt this a luxurious property if you want to chill out

Really enjoyed the stay, loved the room and being next to the adults only pool. Thai only restaurant was great. Only thing was wish the tv had apps such as Netflix, prime etc to watch movies in the evening.

We arrived on 12 June and I booked a deluxe twin bed room. When I arrived at the room there was a musty and humid smell to it and I didn’t want to stay in it. Teya was very gracious kind and helpful and she switched our room directly to another one which we were very happy with. The breakfast buffet is very generous and extremely varied in choice. It contained all kinds of fruits and teas and juices as well as an Asian station with a delicious soup as well as numerous kinds of Indian and Thai dishes.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nap. The staff were pleasant,extremely attentive and so friendly with always a lovely smile when greeting you. Would recommend this hotel.

I travelled with my daughter and was terrified about how unsafe it would be - but the doormen were so accommodating and professional - especially Pi Piramit! Such a fatherly figure and there was another young doorman who gave a flower to my daughter to put in her hair! Katherine who checked us in was also professional and patient in her demeanor and explained about how to get around the huge compound. What we really enjoyed was the two pools, one had a kiddy slide that adults up to 90kg can ride and my daughter loved it! The other pool (Oceanside) overlooks the ocean in the morning and sunset in the evenings where a fire show with fireworks happens once the pool closes at 7pm! You can also order food from the restaurant and enjoy the pool (kindly note: no lifeguards are present so watch your kids!) If you like a stay that is scenic, luxurious and near to Patong Beach - this is it - tuktuks are about 300 baht each way :) The nearest mall is Jungceylon and there are a lot of massage places nearby that is more affordable by 100 baht than Old Phuket Town. 45 mins to Phuket Central - just remember not to travel during peak periods to avoid jams but everything is walkable with Erawan Zipline and ATV just 5-10 mins away! I do not regret a moment staying with Diamond Cliff!

The property is exc5th 0 po uipilui7ellent. The breakfast was incredible. Selections for everyone. This hotel is not on the beach though. It's across the street about a5 to 6 minute walk. The photos of restaurant on the water is of a beach club that they shuttle you too about 15 min away. It's not part of the hotel. It's also very expensive and not a great selection of food. The photos are misrepresenting of the property being on the beach. Had I known that I would have stayed elsewhere because the price was not worth being off the beach for me. The sauna did not work. Pool was excellent. Room was lovely. The food not so great for lunch or dinner. The hotel was 40 min ride. Going to other parts of phuket are also about 45 min to an hour away. If you just want comfort and a pool stay here. If you want a beach resort this is not it.
