Loved the stay here. The staff was very friendly and the room was beautiful with an amazing view! Would definitely come again.

The hotel is a little distance from Patong Beach (although the hotel provides a shuttle bus). The hotel does not have its own beach. The hotel is beside a highway, and there are only a few restaurants nearby. It sounds as if this is not the best holiday hotel choice,right? But you just need to check in.Then you will find that this is a surprisingly good hotel.Because the hotel is located on the hillside, the sea view is very spectacular. The staff are all friendly and always have a smile.With a person with limited mobility the front desk team Joe Sordy and LOH took extra care of us. And lovely Ms.Noodang at breakfast restaurant was so kind to us.She not only explained everything in detail. And make sure our table is clean and the cups are full.She also took the initiative to recommend us and sent us the special dessert of the day. Then let's talk about the breakfast.Hotels in Thailand have never short of a good breakfast.But the breakfast at Kalima is unbelievable.Whether it is the variety or the quality of food.For example you may find bubble breakfast in many hotels.But Kalima take it to an other level.You can even make your own highball here.Such a good breakfast plus a good view what else could you ask for a holiday?

The NY dinner was good but the bar drinks were not good at all. They should hire some real bartenders that know how to make drinks. Also the music was not good, they should get an updated playlist with better dance music.

The gym 1. No towels available in the morning if the 15.th 2. The treadmill needs service. One of has the button to reduce speed faulty. The others need service Breakfast 1. Probably not suited for weatern people. E.g the bacon was something I have never seen or tasted . Not great. 2. The pastry was old or not baked in the early morning. This is so easy to fix and would add calue to your venue. 3. Cold duck was not welcomed 4. The ham and salami probably my expectation was for a better quality/ type. 5. The territory of the hotel is large and lush. The service and the staff is great. I think it used to be a grand hotel but now it's ran down and require repairs. Villas needed renovation like 10 years ago. Constant plumbing issues and bad water smell. I'd only recommend staying in the residence - which is a newly built and fenced are of the hotel.

Wonderful service staff and room is good.

Here’s the updated review with that added: Everything was great overall. The resort and the surrounding area are fantastic, and the staff were amazing—very friendly and helpful. The food was good, and the breakfast was great with plenty of options. The only downside was the room: it felt quite worn out and outdated, and you can tell the resort has been around for a long time. That said, despite this one issue, we were happy with our stay and enjoyed our time there.

Twin Palms was exceptional - terrific staff attitudes - willing and able. Lovely pool and grounds and architecturally well planned with amazing loft pool villas - huge living dining level with additional full bathroom - large bedroom middle level and a large pool and deck on top . Completely private . Food is very good for lunch and breakfasts are true 5 star . We have stayed at many - this was one if our best finds ! Twin palms’ at Kamala has a great beach restaurant and their catch beach club is wild . Surin is a perfect locationn.
