We were assigned to a rooms on 5&6 floor adjacent to construction next door. Noise related to construction was very annoying & rooms could not be used during day time.
At check out we had to settle bill twice as front desk failed to verify use of food & beverages used during our stay. Staff English proficiency is next to Zero beyond monosyllables.

The staff is amazing. Breakfast is fantastic. The pool lounges need new cushions and the new ones aren't comfortable. The towels are looking worn out. The price has gone up but needs a little sprucing up. I will be back because its still fantastic. Love the staff
