Overall I did receive a clean and well maintained room. However, I did struggle with a lot of mosquitoes and needed to call staff multiple times to fumigate the room. Most staff were nice however some when asking for fumigation it did take a lot longer and had to wait for hours. Also when booking with guest services initially the staff mixed up our reservations and we were stranded on the second night without dinner reservations. The Indian restaurant manager at the time was very rude and did not want to understand our situation and how the guest service made the mistake. We ended up going back to guest services and the lady there that night was very helpful and made multiple attempts and was finally able to get us in one of the other spots.

it is ok for the price; entertainment could be better. I mean if I return to PC I would go to a different resort, but is is not bad we had awesome time at the beach. But rooms need improvement, mattress is very hard. Staff is sometimes rude at the coffee shop, gardens are well maintained, lobby is nice, buffet is good.

Our 7th time at a Majestic resort in Punta Cana. The properties are always beautiful, the staff is wonderful and always helpful. There are plenty of food choices between the buffet and the specialty restaurants.

Front desk staff was super rude which is why I had to rate the staff low. There were some staff members and managers that were apologetic and pleasant. We rented the deluxe with an infinity pool. Our infinity pool was low daily and seemed to be the only one, our power went out for around 3-4 hours one evening, causes us to miss dinner, but they eventually got it fixed. It did cause the room to get very hot and we had a hard time keeping the room nightly, just because it is so hot there during the day. We did not get to try Steakville, but both my husband and I could hardly find anything to eat at the other restaurants. Best part was probably buffet breakfast, so we’d try to load up. The food was not good overall and we couldn’t wait to get back to our own cuisine. We did do couples massages on the beach (twice) and they were nothing short of amazing, both times. The room was cleaned each day and turn down service was also provided. The beach that we had access to was beautiful and the water was something straight out of a movie. We were able to walk out on a sandbar as far as you could go. We also traveled to a few of the top golf courses and had an amazing time, with the world’s best ocean hole views. Overall, unfortunately we couldn’t recommend staying here in the future and we will use another property entirely next time.

Clean and personal I love this next time I come I will be returning.
