We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kixby. The hotel is clean, quiet, and conveniently located. The elevators can be a little slow, but only around checkout and it's not that bad.

I think hotels need to upgrade there photos online because majority New York hotels are outdated when you physically go to them… with outrageous room rates. I heard the person in the next room take a shower every night because the appliances was old and rusty.
