Yucatan Peninsula All inclusive Holidays

Our room was moist during our stay. I felt the bed was moist, and the floor had water. The a/c was leaking. The bathroom vent was not working well. Food was average with less variety. We didn’t have a chance to try Sushi restaurant and French restaurant because the resort had people to reserve restaurants two days ahead on their app, but we didn’t get reservations due to all booked. We had the same kind of food almost everyday at the buffet, and they only served one day with better seafood, and another day served decent seafood.

Just returned from a 4 night stay. Everything is middle of the road at this resort. Don’t have high expectations and you will be fine. If you expect above average anything, you will be disappointed. The good: The coffee shop, the Spa, the pool bartenders and the young towel lady. Most of all the guest services manager when needed was what saved the trip. Needs immediate work: All food by the pool and room service menu needs to be overhauled. It’s very limited and blah. Overall, would not stay at this resort again. To many employee errors, sanitation issues, and overall lack of value for the money. You can find a better option. Thank you.

Secrets Mirabel Cancun is undeniably a beautiful resort, surrounded by breathtaking views and sunrises. Almost every beach front room has a great view but my recent stay was heavily impacted by major operational inconsistencies, particularly around dining and guest amenities. Upon arrival, the communication regarding guest perks and amenities was practically non existent. Instead of receiving details at check-in when they would actually be useful, information and amenities were delivered to us late into our stay. Worse yet, there was zero explanation of what these amenities were actually for or how to use them. Once we did look into them, we found significant restrictions and limitations that made them nearly impossible to utilize. For example a 40 dollar guest credit but only 10 dollars can be applied to select wines at dinner or a certain amount for the spa. It felt less like a genuine guest perk and more like a box checking exercise. Additionally, you couldn’t use the lump sum it had to be split and there was limits. So when did we use it during our 7 night stay. We didn’t. Too many restrictions. The dining logistics desperately need an overhaul. The resort operates on a system where certain restaurants are shut down on specific days, which is incredibly inconvenient for guests trying to plan their evenings. Secrets really needs to transition to a formal reservation system. Because they don't use one, the wait times for dinner are highly unpredictable.

We originally stayed at the Sunrise section of Moon Palace Cancun and were very disappointed. The rooms were outdated and not as clean as expected for a resort advertised as five stars. The in-room jacuzzi was in an awkward spot and had visible mold around the water spout, making it unusable. We also found black mold in the bathroom and pink mold/staining in the shower, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. We asked to switched to Nizuc which was slightly more updated and quieter. Just keep in mind there’s no elevator. Communication among the staff was another major issue. We received conflicting information throughout our stay, and several employees even acknowledged there were communication problems between departments. When we raised our concerns, we were sent to Public Relations and asked to sign a form before they would offer a resolution. We declined because we preferred to honestly share our experience rather than accept credits in exchange for not leaving a review. Be prepared for the vacation ownership presentation. They entice you with breakfast and resort credits, you’ll meet with multiple sales representatives. While the presentation was professional, our experience confirmed that purchasing a membership was not something we would consider. Overall, the rooms were outdated and dirty, the food was mid, and the service and communication fell well below our expectations. Unfortunately, we would not return or recommend Moon Palace Cancun.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at Aqua Live Cancun. I selected your resort because it was advertised as an all-inclusive luxury experience. Unfortunately, my stay fell significantly short of the expectations created by your marketing and the services included in the package. One of the biggest disappointments was the dining experience. Food was frequently unavailable or offered in limited quantities, and although reservations were not required, guests were often placed on waiting lists because the restaurants were full. On several occasions, I had to wait approximately 40 minutes to be seated. In addition, I was surprised to find that certain menu items required an additional charge, despite booking an all-inclusive vacation. This was never made clear and made the experience feel far from truly all-inclusive. The pool area was equally frustrating. There were not enough lounge chairs available to accommodate guests, forcing people to wake up very early in the morning just to secure a chair. Guests who wanted a cabana were required to pay an additional $120 per day, which is unreasonable considering the resort is marketed as an all-inclusive property. The beverage quality was also disappointing. The drinks appeared to be made with low-quality products and did not meet the standard expected from a resort of this caliber.In addition, there was little to no entertainment at the main pool during the day, creating an atmosphere that lacked.
