8.4/10 Very good! (3,512 reviews)
Our room was beautiful! We were very disappointed with the restaurants that need a reservation. You can only book a reservation at 9am and they must limit the amount. And when we finally got a reservation the restaurant was empty although it said it was booked. The food in the reserved restaurant was poor. Also, on the second to the last day, they stopped stocking our beverage refrigerator. The activities are not listed on a handout or on the TV guide. So you are left guessing. The food in the buffet was delicious and the staff was incredible!! And the staff outside was also amazing. We would return if they made changes.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,009 reviews)
They let the raccoons and Coties run wild on the property. It was impossible to relax at the pool because they would steal your stuff. Dig through your belongings. I mean every 5 minutes another animal was coming over to us

7.8/10 Good! (1,378 reviews)
Every single staff member was really nice and went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Hotel it is pretty outdated, well most parts. There is an 18+ hotel that connects and that one is much newer. Breakfast food and coffee were not great BUT Lunch and Dinner were delicious. We had an amazing time with our friends!! Carlos and Marco made our check out a breeze and I would most deff come back again. Oh and AC works perfectly so thats also a plus.
