The room was hot and stuffy with electrical issues. The ceiling was damaged in our shower and bathroom. The front desk staff was rude and unwilling to make any accommodations to a different room. The AC in the rooms do not work well enough to cool the rooms so we had to sleep with the window open and unfortunately the hotel is next to CDG and directly on a freeway. The website claims to have a shuttle service to CDG but the shuttle service only went as far as a gas station, completely misleading and useless.

Our stay was great. We stayed 4 nights and found the staff very helpful. The complimentary water refill station was a godsend, our rooms were clean and you can't beat the location.
For anyone that's jetlagged their first night like we were, the food with room service is as good as any restaurant in Paris.
