Staff were efficient. We had a problem with our bed and got it fixed within minutes. The rooms are very clean, with all the necessary accessories, and a great breakfast buffet with lots of tables, replenished frequently. The staff at reception were polite and friendly.

Beautiful boutique hotel on a beautiful street, rooms are very very clean and the shower is amazing. The evening waiter was very friendly and the breakfast staff were always attentive and the breakfast buffet was extensive and great quality and variety. Overall an excellent stay. Thank you.

Great location with easy walk to most points of interest. Older hotel with friendly staff.

We stayed here for 3 nights to escape the heat of Budapest, the resort is beautiful and well looked after. There is very little we could fault, the only exceptions was a rude man working at the spa who made us feel like we were interrupting his peace, and the automatic 15% service charge added whenever ordering anything from the spa. We asked for an icecream which they took from a freeze in the back room and yes 15% service charge added. The food was lovely for breakfast, and the dinner was good too, though the service was a bit slow, especially when you have children with you. Would definitely come back again though!

I had a room on the 7th floor with a roof terrace. This was the reason I booked this hotel, and it was outstanding. Spacious, furnished, with incredible views of the Chain bridge and the Palace on the hill. The property itself has a distinctive decor which you may or may not love. Everything was clean enough, but there was evident wear and tear in the room and around the property, the shower seals had failed and there was water everywhere. At least I didn’t need to clean it up! But these are fairly minor irritations, the terrace made up for it all, and the hotel was well positioned for exploring on foot and by public transport.
