Excellent hotel. Stayed there many times.

This is a really nice budget business hotel located at the hub of Gangnam area. Tons of restaurants and easy transportation to anywhere in Seoul with ease. Rooms are well layed out and efficient and clean. Well recommended.

Nice and clean hotel.

Loft was brand new and modern. Liked it enough to stay here a second time.

Overall, the stay was good, but there was one major issue. The air conditioning in the room was turned off and only the heater was available. Because the room was on a higher floor with a lot of sunlight, the temperature went up to around 30°C, which made it very uncomfortable. I asked the reception for help, and they offered to bring up a fan, but unfortunately it didn’t make much of a difference.

겨볼게요 😊 Because the hotel is old, there was significant noise from neighboring guests above, below, and next door. The balcony windows were not properly sealed, allowing strong wind and noise to enter, which resulted in a low level of room satisfaction. However, the hotel’s prime location directly in front of the ocean and the excellent service provided by the staff were extremely satisfying.

Wonderful staff. Close to a lot of cafes and restaurants. Closes station is 8-10 mins walk.

The front desk is not staffed until 10 am. It is advertised as 8 am. The room was clean and easy to control the temperature. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. The television speaker was worthless. We had the room with the biggest tub. But were not able to enjoy it because we could never get it warm enough. Even the water temperature in the shower fluctuated between warm and cold.
