Wonderful room and exceptional staff! We’ve been spending our holidays here with the kids for the past 6 years, and it never disappoints. Chef Osama and his team are truly outstanding - they always ensure we have delicious dining options throughout our stay and consistently go above and beyond to make our experience special.

Fantastic All-Inclusive Stay! Amazing amenities, great food, and exceptional hospitality. The kids club was brilliant also. Dining options were varied and delicious (à la carte restaurants Toro Loco, L’Olivo and Bodrum as well as the buffet on the main restaurant). The staff made us feel truly welcome. A perfect family getaway!

Cannot fault the hotel. Spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, with all you’d expect in a hotel like this. Area is very convenient for shopping and visiting nearby marina. Plenty of options for eating out and small supermarket not far a within easy walking distance. Breakfast had plenty of choice and staff are incredibly attentive throughout

The hotel staff was excellent. My only complaint is that we paid for amenities that were not available. The hotel club lounge was under renovation and not available. We choose the upgrade so that we would have that amenity. We were not told until after we upgraded that there wouldn’t be access to the lounge. The hotel did give us credit to use at one restaurant and room service. Make sure if you book business or executive suites that the club is still not under renovation.
