Poor toilet maintenance.

This is a really well-kept property: compact but spotlessly clean, and every corner looks like it’s just been freshly renovated. The location is unbeatable — it’s right next to the subway station, a big shopping mall, Chinatown, and Clark Quay, all within easy walking distance. The front desk staff were polite and super efficient during check-in and check-out. But the absolute highlight was the concierge team: they were so warm and genuinely helpful. They made us feel instantly welcome the second we arrived, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you so much for the great stay!

The rooms were beautiful and well kept. The staff was very friendly. The views of the ocean were incredible. The evening dining experience was a bit crowded and the food was much more Asian style with not a lot of options, but otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

Great staff and they stored and delivered coconuts for me so I’m happy. Good location too for more local life.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. The kids’ zone, pool area and private beach access were perfect for our family with a 2-year-old toddler.

Absolutely the best hospitality and service in any hotel I’ve stayed at. The staff were amazing, they remembered our children’s names and made them feel at home. Hilton KL will always be my first choice hotel to stay when I visit Malaysia.

Everthing was great 😁

Very clean room. Cleaners came in everyday to clean rooms and etc. staff were absolutely amazing! So nice and helpful! The only thing I’d probably complain about is the other people partying till 2am but room did cancel out most of the noise.
