Trying to be nice, and consider it mediocre. Have stayed at multiple sonestas, we will never stay here again. .
Rooms vary; ours was bad. Maybe- 2/3 the size of any photo.
Thick dust on multiple surfaces. Toilet noise after flushing—for ~10 seconds, it sounded like a vacuum cleaner (which isn’t awful until you need to pee at 2am). I complained—didn’t get better.
Elevators are insufficient; and one broke during the stay. And the security guy wouldn’t let the long line of people use the elevator to the roof bar. Housekeeping forgot to replace towels.
Pretty much nonexistent customer service. This is a (maybe) 3 star hotel posing as 4 stars.

"Clean room, but somewhat small. The walls are also pretty thin so you can hear noises in the hallway pretty easily from the room. Otherwise, everything else was great!"
