If you have been to other all inclusive resorts there are better options and you’ll be disappointed. This really isn’t an all-inclusive. Pools close at 7pm…. Everyday !! Yes you read that right EVERYDAY 7pm !!! You can only make dinner reservations 2 times during your stay and the rest of the time you eat at the buffet. Food was awful except for the Mexican restaurant. Flames steak house would probably be better if you paid $60 extra for the steak. Club house is an up charge. Lots of up charges. For the price you can do much better. Customer service was not spectacular. Also did I mention the pool closes at 7pm !! Smashed roaches which happens but the bug guts remained for the rest of our stay after our room was “cleaned “ I never complain about any of the resorts we’ve been to but I would not go back even if it was free. Majestic, Secrets, Dreams, Breathless are way better options and actually not much more.
