While the property itself was beautifully maintained and well kept not all of the staff were thoughtful and caring while they put on a friendly facade. After day one when I inquired about checking out early and a refund i came back to my suit case rummaged through and clothes on the floor after a day by the poo. I was easily looked over or dismissed while in line or other places. House keeping didn’t come one day and my request for new towels through the app and a call to the front desk were ignored. The last day there the resort kept having blackouts and the side I was on stayed out longer. I asked for a place to charge my phone as I needed to check in with the airline for my departure early the next morning. In all i made the best of the experience for my kids but I can’t say I’d visit again.

Rooms are very clean, staff are friendly well maintained properly, pools are nice. Spa and massage are very good too

A movie theater would be nice at night to watch between shows and to just relax and watch old school movies

I like the property, great customer service, excellent beach and very clean. Air conditioning in the room very loud and kept us from sleeping comfortably.

Everything there was beautiful fun the staff were all happy friendly. I recommend this place to anybody.

Our refrigerator wasn't working for the first night and the A/C as well . And the room had a little odor in it. And the small towels it took them about 3 day's to give us the small towels. So i don't know if i would stay at this resort again. Yes its nice . Just the experience we had
