The hotel itself was very clean , including the pool , which I enjoyed , the staff was very helpful as we needed a few extra things done and they were very amenable …
It was quiet but I was hoping to be closer to the tourist areas , we had a walk to the trams which was a bit uncomfortable , overall I was very pleased with my stay

We stayed here for one night due to our flight to Vancouver being cancelled, and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel is compared to similar-level hotels in France or Italy. From the shuttle bus to the reception and restaurant, the service was outstanding. The room was clean, spacious, tidy, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!
