Everyone was spot on, food good,rooms clean,lack of kettle in room,unless rent.

Lovely relaxing stay

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was ready early when we arrived. The hotel was very calm and the guests extremely friendly. The restaurant was clean, food was good and it never felt overcrowded.

Hotel in need of modernisation. Common areas very dated especially the spa area. Nice hotel but doesn’t feel like a 4 star.

Lovely relaxing stay

We stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately it fell well below our expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It was extremely hot, making it very difficult to sleep. When we raised this with reception, we were simply told to open the window, which only resulted in bugs coming into the room. We also spoke to other guests who said they were experiencing the same problem, so it clearly wasn’t an isolated issue. The rooms also lacked basic amenities such as bathrobes and slippers, which you would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. The beds were uncomfortable, and my mum experienced back pain during our stay. The hotel itself is in need of a complete refresh. The lobby looked dated, with old, mismatched sofas that certainly didn’t give the impression of a 4-star property. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, if we left our towels hanging up, they assumed we didn’t need any fresh ones and didn’t replace them. The food was acceptable, but it was very bland and often lacked flavour. The beach next to the hotel was disappointing. The sand was dark, sticky, and poorly maintained. Walking along the seafront, we passed what appeared to be a derelict building covered in graffiti, as well as a nearby camping area, which really detracted from the surroundings. The only real highlights were the swimming pool and the terrace attached to our room, which had a lovely view. Overall, we were disappointed.
