There was a problem with two rooms when I complained the problem was immediately rectified all the staff were courteous nothing was too hard for them always wit a smile .

Wonderful resort and a great trip. Perfect balance of approachability and luxury. Great for families. Only thing I wish I had known ahead of time is that the bathroom layout is open- awkward for a family of four. But otherwise no complaints! Would go again.

Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Amenities well looked after and the environments were beautiful. Food was amazing everywhere we went and the breakfast buffet was always spot on.

The place was pleasant enough but I would not stay there again. The buffet lines were long, on-site restaurants required reservations which were always full and additional staff was sorely needed.
