We had a nice stay. Room was clean, no view. Easily walkable to the Freedom trail. The one thing I did not like was the bathroom which has glass doors and an automatic light. Charming and lots of Character
This hotel is older but very well maintained and clean. We were there for a Marine Corp. graduation and the location was excellent. The courtyards and the landscaping were charming. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. ...
