The place was perfect for couples. Having access to the Bavaro Palace and able to book dinner reservations is outstanding. Staff were friendly and took care of our room needs. We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Vivid Playa del Carmen. The rooms were amazing and clean. The in suite jacuzzi was my favorite. The food was incredible.
