"Was very disappointed to discover the hotel was feet away from a railroad track. The train ran night and day making sleep near impossible. The staff was unable to give me another room, they said they were booked up. Personally I feel people should be made aware of something as significant as a train rattling the room and blowing the horn around the clock. The rooms were the same price as ones on the other end of the building that were quiet. I paid nearly $1000 for a 4 day stay that I got little to no sleep the entire 4 days."

"When I checked in they did not have a two bed room. When I checked out they charged me the wrong price for my room. They upgraded me because of the mistake checking in but the room only had one bed. I thought I checked in with Embassy Suites. The front desk did not know what to do with the confusion of Expedia. I only stayed one night. What a mess. The breafast was basic for the price of the room."

"Really sad the second elevator was down the whole week we were there. We were on the 7th floor and because the only working elevator was super slow and also used by the cleaning staff with their big carts, we used the stairs most of the time. My husband is a cancer patient and a senior citizen so 7 flights of stairs took a toll on him. Rooms are small; very narrow. Breakfast quality of food was not the best. Only offered Almond milk for cereal."

"The room was clean but had no closet or any way to hang up clothes. The breakfast consisted of coffee, 2 kinds of cereal and bread and frozen waffles that could be toasted. There were also a few apples."
