Genuinely couldn’t have had a better experience… from the beautiful spa and pool to the amazingly fresh and delicious food, everything was perfection. The room was generously sized and yet still cozy, and the staff were super attentive and helpful throughout. We were only here for a short stay but no doubt we will return next time we come back to São Paulo!

The staff was very nice. I arrived very early and while my room wasn’t ready I could use the spa, had a shower and enjoyed time at the pool while waiting.
The breakfast was great, I was looking forward to it every morning.

Excellent and most enjoyable stay. Gabrielle and his staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent, rooms were spotless and the WiFi was excellent. Would highly recommend to stay here you won’t be disappointed. Really handy for the airport too.

Upon arrival, we were able to check in 7 hours early for a small fee. The staff are 24/7 which helps with any queries you might have. The security system is top notch - only opens through your face.
As for the maintenance of the property it was well kept however we did have an issue with our bathroom toilet which was speedily resolved and we were moved to a different room.
All in all I am quite pleased with my experience.
