This hotel has clearly seen better days. It looks dated, including reception, rooms, furniture and carpet. The one plus point is the shuttle bus from/to airport and relative closeness to it. Chosen mainly for its location within walking distance to Schiphol Airport. Room was clean and breakfast buffet was good.

Hotel Fogo Amsterdam
Hotel is an old building that has been remodeled. Clean but very very minimal. Ok for a quick stay, but I would not vacation here. Location is sketchy. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was authentic and tasty. It was fine but glad we were only there one night.
