職員服防奇差，工衣湖中。

我們到達酒店取房，原訂兩房，每間是兩張單人床，酒店職員回覆只有接到一間房（雙人床）訂單，而且不作跟進，要我們自行跟進。本人義今次的體驗只能夠形容為極差，而且我們訂的酒店是裕景酒店，酒店的外牆是裕景，服務台，門口竟然是駿義酒店，大過份了。最後我一家四人取消了該次訂單，非常傍惶地要找地方住宿，臨近春節附近所有的酒店巳滿，希望你們公司能給我一個交代。

Very simple hotel just for sleep

Hotel staff doesn't speak English! We tried to check in for an hour! At first they couldn't find a booking, then they couldn't see the payment! There're unpleasant smells and humidity in the rooms, but in general the room and bathroom are OK. There're no iron, no hairdryer, no free bottle of water in the room. Attention! All the sets with soap/ shampoo/ hair brush/ tooth brush/ tooth paste/ etc. are paid. But there're some free shower gel and shampoo in shower cabin. WiFi connection is only at the first floor but it doesn't mean that you will be able to connect it...
