"A Safe and reliable. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Laundry, kitchenette, mini office. The staff are attentive and the security is very friendly and helpful. House keeping is a turnaround of under 5 mins. Late check out is a very standout option here at 2pm! "the staff were sweet and helpful and i dont speak chinese. it made me feel at home where i can be safe. i lost my key card and they replaced it without any hassle or fee. the cleaning lady was the sweetest ensuring i had new water every day. its very close to the convention centre and the value is amazing. i hope i can come back again to royal star apartments. 🍀🙏🍀"

"its for a group of 4 and the 2 bedroom suite was spacious, clean and the location of the hotel cannot get any better. highly recommend for an overnight stay at this hotel. the mattress was sooo comfortable all of us had such good rest.."

"We stayed for 3 nights, the 1 bedroom apartment is clean and cosy. Apartment has many lights so it is bright. At the time when I Check in and out, both receptionists are not so friendly, not rude either, at the same time, not very proactive nor helpful. Not all are like these two as I had observed, some are quite nice and courteous. The concierge Mr Chris Yao is amazing, he is very hardworking and helpful to all guests who arrives or departs. He greets every guests with a smile, help them...

"Very clean a big apartment, the area is very nice with a big shopping mold across the street and many options to eat, metro station is on the shopping mold Bao’an Center station. The beds and pillows one of the best of any hotel I have stayed and I have been in many hotels around the world. There is no tv on the apartment. "

"Upon check in was told i hv to pay breakfast for extra pax even though i booked n paid extra for all with breakfast. Toilet door spoilt, cannot be open, response was fast n they changed lock. Also fix another toilet door difficult to close. Breakfast was good but we do not want to pay breakfast everyday for extra pax due to Miscommunication between agent n hotel, location was also good. Hope to hear good news from hotel.com"

"The stay would be so much better if it wasn’t completely ruined by an incompetent receptionist. When checking out, I asked her to call us a taxi to Futian Railway Station, even showed her a photo with address both in English and Hong Kong. She called us two cabs and both of them took us to Futian Port, which is completely different from Railway Station. We only found out about it at passport check because they told us we are at the wrong location. We ended up missing the train, wasting 400HK$...
