礼賓部的Jason 付非常熱情，非常幫忙，處處為客人提供意見。非常感謝！ 客房整潔，非常好。 不過前台小姐需要再培訓。check in 時應該要尊重和專心為該客人check in 。不應一邊check in ，一邊招呼其他客人。 另外，executive lounge 開放時間只在下午，下午茶只有飲品，餅乾和果仁，稱不上是下午茶。Happy Hour 就沒有去了。
