"The stay was amazing, the staff even let us stay later for late checkout at 2pm since our flight didn’t leave till later. The bedrooms are comfortable and we had the best beautiful views. The head bartender at 36 is such a great and wholesome guy. We love swissotel and all the staff. Many blessings to you all and I hope we can stay again at your beautiful hotel. "Newer business hotel. Room sizes are exactly what to expect from a business hotel. Room is clean and hotel is quiet. Only negative is the onsite steak house. We ordered a tomahawk, among other things, and it was absolutely awful."

"Pros: Friendly staff. The room is clean. The kitchen has basic equipments that you can make your own breakfast. It has a laundry & dryer in the room which is very convenient for families. There is a supermarket about 500m away from the hotel. Cons: It is about 1km from Dotonburi / Namba. It is not super convenient but it is acceptable. "

"4.5 stars This hotel is in the Minami area. It’s close to restaurants and stores. The Dotonbori district is within walking distance. I accidentally booked a smoking room but we managed and we were able to open a window to help with the smoke smell. The room could use a thorough cleaning while our beds and furniture were clean, the walls, especially near the vents, had cigarette soot. Our room was spacious and fit the three of us comfortably. "
