They offered to move us the 2nd day, but when we checked there were no family rooms available that day to switch to. Other than the internet access the hotel was nice. "

"Easyhotel Zaandam is exactly what it says it is: a budget hotel that only features the basics but you also don't pay for anything you don't need. The room is just a bed, bathroom, mirror, a chair and very minimal horizontal space to sort things (i.e. no desk). Bed was comfy, linens and room overall were very clean, walls are paper thin, however, so you WILL hear your neighbors, what they're saying, what they watch on T.V. and their salacious night time activities. Not that big of an issue for...

"The only thing I would say is that not accepting cash for drinks etc wasn't great as some ppl take a certain amount of cash to spread over their break so only accepting cards was a bit of stress."

"Good property overall. Nice and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff. My only peeve was (baring in mind I arrived very late that night) housekeeping came to clean the room at about 9am, it was no later than 9:30am. This is fine for some but if not ready at that time then you miss the opportunity for the whole day. "
