"My overall stay at this hotel had a few positives, but several issues made the experience disappointing. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and immaculate, which I really appreciated. Housekeeping clearly does a great job keeping the rooms in excellent condition. However, some interactions with staff were not pleasant. At times, the tone and approach from certain staff members felt unprofessional and condescending. I also felt there was some bias in how we were treated. We had elite privileges and stood in the elite line during check-in, yet people in the general line were called before us. Additionally, champagne that was supposed to be offered as part of the elite privileges upon arrival was given to us last. The drinks throughout the stay were also disappointing—they had a bad taste and left a nasty aftertaste. Most of the food was mediocre, although there was one restaurant that really stood out and ended up being where we ate almost every night because it was consistently good. Another issue was that some areas of the hotel had a smell similar to sewage, which was unpleasant. The entertainment was just average, running from about 8 PM to 11 PM, and didn’t feel very engaging. Overall, while the clean rooms and one standout restaurant were positives, the service experience, drinks, odors in parts of the hotel, and mediocre entertainment made the stay less enjoyable than expected."

"Beach is beautiful and great for swimming and some snorkeling. My husband loved the animals on property. Things were clean but could have been cleaner. The food at the al la Carte restaurants was excellent and easy to book. Food at the buffet was often lacking in variety and was not hot and they ran out of certain items. "
