"Overall, we had a good stay. The beds were comfortable, and the mini fridge was always stocked, which was a nice touch. The resort is huge, and it’s convenient that you can find food and drinks almost everywhere you go. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, but a few came across as a bit arrogant. Housekeeping was okay, but the room cleaning could be more detailed. One thing to know is that “all-inclusive” only covers food and drinks. If you want to use the cabanas or do activities like laser tag, the escape room, bowling, or the arcade, those all cost extra. The restaurants were delicious, but getting reservations was difficult, especially for a large group. I was also disappointed that some of the best restaurants were adults only because I wanted my kids to try different foods too. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well, and it got pretty hot around dinner time. My only other disappointment was the beach—I was hoping to see the beautiful blue water, but it wasn’t like that during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would consider coming back, but there are definitely a few things that could be improved."

"Food was ehhhhhhhh- 3/5 at best. Most other couples did not enjoy the food and you would see everyone hesitant that was sitting around you at the restaurants. It was a shame because the presentation was 5/5. The “manager” of the steakhouse; at least that’s the title he gave himself gave me an issue because I wanted to sit next to my wife rather than across from her while we ate dinner as “I could not do that” since it was a big small table and I was in “their way”. Gave me an attitude which was uncalled for. No entertainment other than “water activity’s” which with one show being shown the 4 nights I was there which was “just a show”, nothing special. With that said; I had no other bad experience other than the steak house and the food being blaaaaaah…. With it being extremely clean; it would be the only reason I’d try a RIU again. But one bad service experience ruins can stain everything else,"

"The food was ok, only the steakhouse was really good but they don’t take reservations and it’s on a first come first serve basis but overall the pools were clean, beach was clean, wonderful service. Everyone was super friendly"

"We stayed in the oceanfront room, which was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came daily, and the mini fridge was also restocked daily too. The view from our chosen room was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, Netflix wasn’t available on the TV, but if you bring your laptop, they will loan you an HDMI cable to connect to the TV. The staff was fantastic—professional, courteous, kind, and incredibly helpful. They treated us like royalty. This hotel was family-friendly, with many families and young children running around. They had a gaming room, waterpark with slides, and a kids’ pool. There were also multiple restaurants, and the food was absolutely amazing. I’m Jamaican, so I have high food standards, and over the course of the week I was there, I didn’t have a bad meal. The pool was clean, and the beach was absolutely divine. Overall, I had a wonderful trip and will definitely consider returning. Everything was lovely, and at night there’s a bar in the lobby area with live entertainment. They have nightly shows outside on the beach, which can be very lovely."
