"Overall the stay was great, staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a good number of restaurants to choose from, but the food was not as good as some other resorts I’ve been to. Nothing I tasted was really bad, but very few dishes I had were really good and memorable except for the Asian restaurant Spice, which by far was the best (and the only restaurant that required reservations on the resort at the time we were there).
The beaches were overrun by stinky seaweed, you couldn’t even walk on the beach and wanting to go in the water was out of the question. So if you want to snorkel or swim off the beach DO NOT go in June because I think it is a seasonal thing. You can still scuba dive if you go out far enough from the beach. The Lazy River at the resort made up for the lack of beach as best it could!
Also be careful about leaving valuables lying around while you go for a dip at the pools, my Kindle was stolen the first day I was there. Have no idea if it was a guest or staff."
