"I may have encountered one of the rudest staff members in a long time. Five of us came back from an event that we drove from Michigan to attend, and decided to stop in for a cocktail at the lobby bar. When asked the person making drinks if he had "fun or special cocktails" he simply replied "what do you think "NO" we have a basic bar". I thought initially he was joking, but then he proceeded to say what do you want I'm busy. I said okay well then do you have a menu? As he placed it (not nicely in front of me) I said are you sure you want us to order anything - he said what can I get you and quite irritated in tone. Yikes - if you are in customer service I do understand it can be tough if the individuals are rude or giving you reason. My recommendation is that this person may need another industry to work in. There was no one else at the bar, and I did order two cocktails and a soda. I did not leave a tip and that is not a typical response from me, but really bummed in the treatment."

"Had a great overnight stay. Hotel was beautiful and had a lot of amenities. My only two (very slight) drawbacks were location (a bit of a drive to downtown Naperville or Geneva 15 to 20 mins) and no pool/hot tub, though there was a spa onsite that we didn't get a chance to visit. Aside from that, no complaints about cleanliness, staff, amenities, comfort, etc.... Very nice hotel worthy of the Star rating!"

"It was really nice having a small kitchen and seperated sleeping space. The sliding barn door on the bathroom did not provide any privacy. The bed mattress was extremely soft and the pull-out mattress on the sofa sleeper was awful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent."

"I loved staying here my girls loved it and they want us to come back!! Everyone was friendly and kind especially Tony at front desk we came really late at night and we were tired he really made us feel welcomed!! "
