"Definitely our favourite stay at Tokyo so far. Especially if you travel with kids, the room is spacious comparing to other Tokyo hotels. Love the apartment style hotel so has everything you need including laundry and kitchen. The best part is the shower room turns into a dry room to dry all our clothes after the washing within hours. "施設は壁が薄く、隣の部屋の会話が気になるレベルで聞こえます。週末は若者が朝まで騒いで飲み会をやっています。きっと家のみ感覚で便利なのでしょうが、騒音がひどく、お客様窓口に何度も連絡しました。常駐している方がいないので、残念ながら、改善は見込めません。 併せて、台所、お風呂周りの清掃や、全体的なホコリの状態は残念ながら清潔とは言えませんでした。 コロナのこともあり、気になって、自分たちで掃除しました。 残念ながら次回は利用しません。 現場で対応頂いた清掃員の方は非常に親切でした。"

"A very good place to stay for our family of 4 on a quiet and convenient street in the Shinjuku district of Tokyo. Convenient grocery stores and all the amenities we needed in the apartment. Good manual from host on how to locate the place and use it well.. Like most places in Tokyo, it is compact but it does the job of a clean and comfortable place to stay while seeing the city."
